Mordialloc Car Showroom

The Mordialloc Car Showroom presented a distinct set of challenges and opportunities, positioned directly beneath established flight paths within an Airport Environmental Overlay. These constraints informed a design response that draws inspiration from the aeronautical forms above. The building’s sculptural form gestures toward the major intersection corner, evoking the dynamic geometry of an aircraft’s wings in motion.

Constructed from precast concrete panels, the design balances expressive form with pragmatic construction efficiency — addressing both site logistics and durability requirements. The result is a bold and functional commercial statement that reflects motion, precision, and strength. The project is currently under construction.
