Comprising three contemporary residences, this suburban townhouse development in Seaholme was designed to establish a strong architectural presence while giving each dwelling its own distinct identity. The composition is unified through materiality and rhythm, yet differentiated through subtle shifts in form, entry expression, and façade articulation. The defining A-frame structure anchors the design, introducing a sculptural quality that adds character and individuality to each home.
